One of the great things about Nursery life is the relationships the children form with each other. This can lead to some great peer learning and scaffolding as the children explore and attempt tasks together. We are really keen as a setting to record these special moments when your children work alongside each other on a task or activity, and to be able to share these with you.
We refer to these observations as group observations and you may have noticed this is something we ask permission for when you start the Nursery. All this means is that we can include your child in group observations, which may mean sharing pictures of your child working with other children with those parents. If you would like to see these observations coming through on your ILD be sure to let the room team know so we can check your permissions and make sure they are up to date.
